 Cancellation and Refunds

  • How do I transfer, view, or cancel my Protection Plan?
    We’ve centralized all your Care Plans in one place and given you the control to manage them 24/7.Go to the “My Warranties” tab and select “Manage my Warranties.” A number of linked options will appear below.
  • If I cancel my Protection Plan, what will I get as a refund?
    We’ll provide you a full refund if you cancel within 30 days. If you cancel after 30 days, we’ll pro-rate your refund based on how much time has passed since your protection plan purchase.
  • I received a refund, but no longer have the same credit card. What now?
    As is common with most businesses that accept credit cards, we can only process a refund to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.  This is a policy of the credit card networks (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)
  • Can I transfer a protection plan from one item to another?
    A ezTech24 cannot be transferred from one item to another, because each Protection Plan is for a specific item, bought for a specific price, from a certain store or seller.
